I didn't notice Batdorf & Rodney. Their self-titled album is one that flew under the radar for most people, and it should have been right up there with the likes of the first crosby stills & nash and similar groups. The songs, harmonies, etc., are flawless. Why they never made up is a puzzle. Another group that I didn't notice, who was more of a rock band was Brethren. Their self-titled album as well is awesome. Batdorf & Rodney are available on cd. Brethren, to my knowledge is not available. Both very worthwhile albums, cd's or however you can find them.
