Ive got a sound electronics x305r also and I love this amp,, I cant find any information on this company,, mine is in near mint condition grey tolex,,15″ jensen,, plastic footswitch,,Goes from crystal clean to blues heaven just by the treble knob alone,,,Please send me any info on this amp,,,,,ThanX Wolf

I, too, am a recent purchaser of the exact same amp….little info on it on the web. maybe we can trade pictures and such with the chassis and such. Mine sounds pretty good, but seems as though it could be a bit better.

Having owned more than a few of each of those amps, I love my old Mesa-Boogie – still has an amazing tone. I used to own a 200 watt Marshall head – the cost on those KT-66s can be a wallet killer.

You can also tell it’s a tube amp if its f*cking heavy to load into the back of a van.
