Looks like a toughie, Karl. I tried Googling for the chords to this track, but no success - presumably not much interest. All Foxx's lyrics are on his website at www.metamatic.com, but not the chords. Having said which, all the songs on this album have piss-simple chord sequences, mostly just the I, IV and V majors. Try listening and playing along.

When I saw Ultravox in '77 (I think) I saw the foreshadowing of the Knack, the Cars and all the rest of that new wave crap that would soon find a home alongside Pink Floyd on the radio. Egads. Rob Halford did a much better Bowie than Foxx.

Why do CD re-releasers insist on f***ing with the running order of classic albums? The original order is usually the best, the artist(s) having put a great deal of thought into it. For the record, the original vinyl album order is Stars On Fire / Lose All Sense Of Time / Shine On / Enter The Angel / In Mysterious Ways / What Kind Of Girl / This Side Of Paradise / Stepping Softly / Enter The Angel II (reprise) / Morning Glory, the last named providing a soaring consummation of all that's gone before, and the whole finely balanced across both sides. The best CD re-release is the 2001 single-disc with three bonus tracks; the 2008 version with all the outtakes is for historians only.
