I used to have the Lp and the Dylan two sider…the other side was Million Dollar Bash and I liked it better than the Fairport Convention v ersion at the time…Steve Young seemed to give it a more ironic reading than Sandy Denny di…Rock Salt & Nails is one of the finest singer songwriter Lp of that era

That Bonnie & Clyde song has a early Nitty Gritty Dirt Band or Charlatans feel. I really think this is an underrated record – not perfect, far from it, but lots of great tunes. Everywhere I Turn is really trippy pop – that’s one of my favorites by far.
